Western Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy
Western Jewelry gives you 30 days to decide. If something isn't right, email us at info@western-jewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll take it from there. Our pieces are made to a high standard of craftsmanship, and we want you to be happy with the one you chose.
Tip: add our email address to your contacts or safe-sender list so our replies don't end up in your spam folder.
When you can return an item
Wrong size Our jewelry follows international sizing standards. Please check the size guide before ordering. If a piece needs to be swapped for a different size, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Colour differences
- Enamel and turquoise: small variations in tone are part of the material and are also affected by your screen settings. These differences are considered normal and don't qualify for a free return.
- Natural turquoise: every stone is different, and shades vary from piece to piece. We photograph our jewelry as accurately as we can, but a slight difference from the images is normal and isn't grounds for a free return.
- Plating: our pieces come in gold, rose gold and silver finishes. Minor colour differences caused by screen calibration are normal and don't qualify for a free return.
Allergies We haven't had allergy reports, but if you know you react to any of the materials listed on a product page, please don't buy that piece. If you do develop a reaction, stop wearing the item straight away and consult a doctor. Send us photos of the symptoms and contact customer service to arrange a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Manufacturing defect Every piece is checked before it leaves us, but mistakes do slip through occasionally. If you spot a defect when your order arrives, contact us right away and we'll resolve it for you.
Not what you hoped for We hold our work to a high standard, but at our price point we won't claim perfection. If a piece disappoints you, get in touch with customer service and we'll arrange a return; return costs are borne by the customer.
Damage in transit Report transit damage or packaging problems within 3 days of delivery and we'll replace or reship the item free of charge. Reports made after 3 days but within the 30-day window may incur additional fees.
How to return an item
- Contact customer service with the reason for the return, plus photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- We'll send you the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
- Include a note in the parcel with your order number, email address, and the items and quantities you're returning.
- Ship the parcel yourself and send the tracking number to info@western-jewelry.com.
Please note: only send returns to the address our team gives you. Parcels sent back without authorisation can't be accepted, and we won't be able to process a refund, exchange or warranty claim for them. Items must come back in the condition you received them, original packaging included, for a product refund to be issued.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Final sale and personalised items. Anything marked with a sale label as part of a special promotion is final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. The same applies to items added at a promotional half-price discount, and to personalised or made-to-order pieces.
Change of mind. If you're returning simply because you changed your mind, contact our after-sales team within 7 days. A $9.99 shipping fee applies and return shipping is at your own cost. Requests made after 7 days are subject to a handling fee of 60% of the order value. Nothing can be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges. For any exchange, send the item back to the address we provide and pay $9.99 (USD) toward reshipping — the same flat rate wherever you are, whether that's the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe or elsewhere.
