Warranty & Repairs
Western Jewelry Warranty & Repairs
Every piece of Western Jewelry jewelry and every accessory carries a limited* lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, provided you can show proof of purchase. If we determine a fault came from the making of the piece, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
*What the limited warranty doesn't cover The warranty applies to defects in manufacturing — not to what life does to a piece afterwards. It doesn't cover ordinary or heavy wear, misuse, rough handling, accidents, loss, alterations, neglect, or damage caused by taking a piece apart. Cosmetic changes that build up over time with regular wear, such as surface scratches or plating rubbing thin, count as normal wear and are outside the warranty.
Western Jewelry decides whether a valid claim is settled with a repair or a replacement.
Repair fees for damage outside the warranty
If a piece needs work that the warranty doesn't cover, these flat rates apply:
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Restoring faded finish | $15 |
| Wear-and-tear repair | $15 |
| Gemstone replacement | $18 |
| Necklace repair | $25 |
Shipping: all shipping costs for repairs are paid by the customer.
How a repair works
Send us your claim and our repair team takes it from there — we'll tell you exactly what to do and keep you posted along the way.
Outside the warranty period
If a piece you care about falls outside the warranty period or its scope, we'll still do our best to fix it for as little as possible. Should the design or style no longer be in production, we'll look at replacing it with something of comparable value.
